When an elderly person has a spinal fracture. 80% to 85% of patients can be treated with rest, medicine, Calcium, Vitamin D, and some injections, but in some patients, spine fracture does not heal with this medicine and treatment. In such patients, a cliff develops and it makes their life very difficult and they have the risk of operations. in patients having weak bones, implants cant be used. For such patient, with the help of a niddle, cement is injected. it's a day care procedure performed under the effects of local anesthesia.
