O-Arm Navigated Spine Surgery: Unmatched Precision, Maximum Safety

What is it?
O-Arm navigated spine surgery uses a special 3D imaging system called the O-Arm along with computer navigation. It gives the surgeon real-time, high-quality 3D images of the spine during the operation.

How does it work?

  • The O-Arm machine takes 3D scans of the patient’s spine right in the operating room.

  • These images are sent to a navigation system (like a GPS).

  • The surgeon uses this “GPS-guided map” to place screws and implants with extremely high accuracy.

  • It helps avoid critical nerves and tissues while ensuring correct alignment.

Why is it safer?

  • Reduces chances of errors

  • Minimal risk of nerve injury

  • Better implant positioning

  • Smaller incisions & faster recovery in many cases
