A 32-year-old male came to Sancheti Hospital with complaints of deformity difficulty in walking, difficulty in moving neck, difficulty in sleeping leading to depression and disappointed in last few years. The patient consulted to spine surgeon Dr.Kothari Ajay regarding same problems.Patient has been evaluated clinically and radiologically and diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis.

Dr. Ajay Kothari counselled relatives and patient regarding the problem and solved all queries regarding disease and advised surgery for his deformity over back, after fitness.

Surgery was performed successfully and without complications, the patient had been made to stand and walk next day and concerned physiotherapy exercises are given. The patient was discharged happily. Now the patient is living his life happily as his all problems solved.
