Back Pain obstructs dailyilly activities of patients. 80 out of 100 individuals face Back Pain at some point in their life and it's even more in females Management of back pain and its diagnosis is very, very important. A webinar was arranged to guide people on the Conservative management of Back Pain. It was arranged by Sancheti Hospital in Pune. Dr. Ajay Kothari (Spine Expert Pune) explained the conservative management of Back Pain. Two patients, Mrs.Mrinal Pawar and Ritu Singh were invited to the webinar. They are examples of Back Pain treated.

Dr. Ajay explained that the spine is a considered very complicated organ, but tried to simplify it. It's the tail of the brain and it contains the 33 vertebrae in the spinal cord. In between two bones, there is a disk. If the disk is displaced, it puts pressure on nerves. Such a condition is called a Slipped Disk.

To avoid back pain, we should take exercise daily. Obesity is also the main reason for Back Pain. Also, the Imbalance of weight in the body is vulnerable for spine and back pain.
