Reasons for Tail Bone pain:

  • Being overweight.
  • Deficiency of Vitamin D , Calcium.
  • Injury.
  • Wrong sitting posture.
Treatments for Tail bone pain:
  • Weight reduction.
  • Good diet.
  • Regular Excercise, Pelvic floor exercise.
  • Use coccyx pillow.

98 percent of patients get relief with these treatments. For rest 2 -3 percentage of patients, coccyx manipulation non surgical treatment is used. In this tail bone axis is corrected and patient can go home after 3 hours of admission.
